Matt is one of Pennsylvania's best folk singers. With guitar and harmonica (remember Bob Dylan), he will take you back to the sixties. So wear your bell-bottoms (if you have any left), your tie-dyed shirts, your handkerchief headbands, and bring your voices to relive those days when you were young.

Ken Gehret & Henry Koretzky
They are back!! Ken on banjo and fiddle (a veteran of the Grand Ole Opry, played with Roy Clark, Bill Monroe, etc.) and Henry on guitar and hammered dulcimer (workshops at many festivals), both on vocals, with some humor. Fantastic duo!!

Linda Russell
Linda Russell is a singer/songwriter who is deeply rooted in traditional music. Playing mountain dulcimer and hammered dulcimer, Linda performs a variety of material ranging from early American ballads and love songs to mountain gospels, Irish dance tunes, and her own compositions. Linda’s original songs tell of childhood summers, family sing-alongs, and the abandoned farmhouses and eccentric characters of her Midwestern past.
Ms. Russell performs regularly at historic sites and museums. New York City appearances have included the Lincoln Center Folk Festival and the Carnegie Hall Folk Festival, where she shared the stage withTom Paxton and Mike Seeger. Ms. Russell has produced 8 albums of 18th- and 19th-century music. She was the official folk singer of the National Park Service. Guess where?

A new group for us. Fiddle, banjo, and more: hoedown, gospel (makes sense here), and bluegrass music. They are as local as you can get. If you can sit still for them, check your earring-aid! No dancing in the church, please. And yes, I have personally called hoedowns with them, so I know that they will get your feet tapping.

Berks Fiddle Champs
Two of our champion fiddlers from the 2026 Berks Fiddle Fest will be announced at the March concert. Previous winners have played on the Grand Ole Opry and opened for the Beach Boys.

Bird-in-Hand String Band
David Deacon and Deborah Justice will get your feet tapping, David on fiddle, and Debi on old-time banjo and hammered dulcimer. The name comes from the Lancaster area, as some of you might know, which is where they were from, but Debi ran the whole concert series at Cornell University for many years. Their first time here, but not their last! Great way to end the season!
